Occasionally, however, circumstances may require that we need to do more to live up to that standard. In all such cases, we stand ready to go above and beyond to assure satisfaction in all that we do. We invite all of our patients to utilize this hotline whenever the need for additional assistance, confirmation, explanation, or dispute resolution is required. You will be given the opportunity to leave a detailed explanation for your call and will be contacted within 24 hours by an appropriate staffer who will assist in resolving the issue.
